Product Description
Zhongan textile fabric shredder consists of movable blade attached to the main shaft and fixed blade installed on the body. When the shaft rotates at a slow speed, multiple groups of movable and fixed blades repeatedly chop the material, creating intense pressure that pushes it towards the discharge end. This continuous rolling and grinding process, driven by high pressure, takes place within the body. The material then passes through a long hole at the end of the body, where it is extruded from the center and chopped again by a scraper to achieve the desired size. The outlet at the end contains several elongated holes, allowing for adjustment of the output size of the material.
