Zhongan Coarse PreShredder is specially designed to process unsorted, highly contaminated waste streams. Zhongan Coarse PreShredder is powered by motor or hydraulic driving system which drives knife rotors rotate at medium & low speed, and the knives tear each other and shear to shred the material. Zhongan's Coarse Preshreder is born for the most chalenging and complex MSW, shredded particle size basically covers all the technological needs of MSW disposal. It is indispensable recycling equipment for the reduction and recycling of MSW, ideal primary shredding for a multi-stage waste processing system. After sorted out unsuitable material, the pre-shredded material can be further processed in optimum form. Ideal for multi-stage processing with high throughput. Zhongan Coarse PreShredder ensures optimum preconditioning of the material for further processing steps such as sorting, classification and separation.
